Sony NEX-FS100: La Nueva Videocámara de 35mm con lentes intercambiables AVCHD NXCAM HDMI 4:2:2

Un cambio en las reglas del juego la nueva NEX-FS100 es Sony en su mejor cara

The NEX-FS100E is a new E-mount professional camcorder equipped with a Super 35mm motion picture sensor and is a further addition to Sony’s 35mm line-up.

The NEX-FS100UK is an interchangeable lens camcorder featuring a Super 35mm sensor equivalent in size to Super35mm film like that used in the PMW-F3, and a Sony E-Mount 18 to 200mm zoom lens. Developed specifically as a digital motion camcorder it is capable of producing footage with shallow depth of field similar to that of a film camera and capture with high image fidelity.

Highlights:

  • The NEX-FS100UK is includes a Sony 18 ~200mm E-Mount lens. Sony's E-mount interchangeable lenses feature precision-crafted optics with aspherical glass elements for compact high performance, and circular iris mechanisms for smooth background defocusing. The supplied SEL18200(E 18–200mm F3.5–6.3 OSS) with the NEX-FS100UK boasts 11x zoom power, a quiet AF motor for cleaner sound recording, and Optical SteadyShot™ image stabilization with an advanced Active mode that lets you take steady handheld shots while walking around — even without a bulky stabilization rig.
  • Equipped with a large CMOS sensor equivalent in size to Super35mm film like that used in the PMW-F3, it is able to create a rich bokeh effect (beautifully defocused image) to produce the much-desired shallow-focus look associated with top-shelf commercials and feature films. The sensor also features the optimum number of effective pixels for shooting HD moving images. This new sensor is designed with outstanding exposure latitude and sensitivity to deliver extraordinary HD images subtle in detail and color gradation while avoiding image artifacts typical of HDSLRs.. A tape measure hook and an image sensor position index on the body marks the position of the focal plane.
  • 35mm E-Mount Interchangeable Lens System. The NXCAM Super35 features a Sony E-mount Interchangeable lens system. Due to the adoption of the E-mount interchangeable lens system, a great variety of current and future E-mount lenses from various lens manufacturers (Sony Zeiss, Tamron, Sigma and Cosina) are compatible. Thanks to its unusually shallow flange focal distance virtually any 35mm lens can be mounted via third-party adapters. Furthermore, “α” A-mount lenses can be mounted via Sony’s LA-EA1 adapter to electrically control iris and autofocus functions.
  • 1920x1080P Slow and Quick Motion (Over & Under Cranking). Recording images at a different frame rate from that used for playback provides the extra versatility of slow and quick motion shooting. The NEX-FS100 enables Full HD (1920×1080) progressive slow and quick motion. S&Q shooting plus last scene review permits checking the S&Q effects on-set, immediately after shooting the scene without drilling down menus.
  • Build-up modular design. Featuring a compact, lightweight body with detachable grip, handle, and viewfinder tube, the NXCAM Super35 can be configured for a wide range of shooting situations. To facilitate hand-held shooting, the angle of the handgrip can be positioned 360 degrees as desired and the LCD Panel can rotate for left or right side operation. Furthermore, there are numerous 1/4- and 3/8-inch screw holes on both the handle and the camera body for mounting the camera or attaching various peripheral devices.
  • Sharp, large and bright 3.5 XtraFine™ LCD/ View finder. Located on the optical axis, the 3.5-inch-type XtraFine LCD panel enables easier, more intuitive framing, especially during hand-held shooting. And the LCD panel can be rotated for stress-free operation from either side of the camera. For easier, more precise focusing, a large Viewfinder tube with 1.2x magnifier is supplied to convert the LCD into a superb viewfinder.
  • Flexible recording media. Recording to the directly mountable HXR-FMU128 Flash Memory unit allows continuous recording for over 10 hours without changing the recording medium. Simultaneous recording using memory cards and other media is also possible for secure backup when shooting footage that can't be reshot.
  • HDMI Output with Embedded Time code for 4:2:2 Uncompressed digital output. For extra convenience when using external recorders, the NEX-FS100 provides an HDMI Output with Embedded Time code and pull down markers Signal Output al Output.

Wide-angle G Lens
The HXR-MC2000E comes equipped with a sophisticated G Lens that incorporates Sony's unique optical design technology and quality control, delivering exceptional performance on a par with some of the best lenses in the industry. The HXR-MC2000E itself is optimised to perfectly complement the G Lens with an advanced image sensor and Sony’s famous image processing technology. This improves picture performance whether zooming in on the action, or getting a perspective on the big picture with the 29.8 mm wide angle in Video mode (35mm equivalent).

Exmor® CMOS Sensor with ClearVid Array
The HXR-MC2000E’s Exmor R® CMOS sensor is capable of producing superb image quality even in low-light conditions. Sony’s unique imaging system incorporates exclusive back-illuminated technology that doubles sensitivity compared to conventional CMOS sensors, providing a dramatic boost in low-light performance. Autofocus technology is also enhanced to perform better in low-light conditions, so the G-lens can quickly achieve sharp focus on a moving subject. This superb performance in dimly indoor scenes and outdoor night scenes is matched by excellent results in bright daylight.

Optical SteadyShot with Active Mode
This feature ensures smooth movement while recording footage in many challenging shooting situations. In addition, Sony’s innovative 3-Way Shake-Canceling technology adds electronic roll stability for even smoother video capture. This latest version of image stabilisation technology realizes images that are up to 10x steadier for wide angle shooting than conventional Optical SteadyShot images. As the user zooms in, an intelligent digital image stabiliser starts to blend in and work together with its optical counterpart to effectively reduce camera shake. This technology also reduces shake in the rolling direction that commonly occurs when shooting while walking.

Manual Lens Ring with Assignable Parameters
Using the assignable lens ring, users can manually adjust key parameters like Focus, White Balance, Exposure, AE Shift, Iris priority and Shutter Speed priority. Users can control the G Lens iris to create an out-of-focus effect in the foreground or background. Shutter-speed can also be controlled to create special effects, such as the flowing motion of a waterfall or bird wings in flight etc.

Long Operating Time with infoLITHIUM-L Series Battery
The HXR-MC2000E camcorder uses standard infoLITHIUM L series batteries, which are compatible with many of Sony Professional’s camcorders and accessories. The largest capacity battery (NP-F970) provides a maximum operating time of approximately 13 hours using AVCHD recording in FH mode.

Ergonomic Handle & Controls
The ergonomically designed handle contains a convenient record button and zoom control, essential for low position shooting. There are also cold shoes on the front and rear of the handle, which allow for the attachment of two different types of accessories.

Flexible Operation with Consumer Memory Cards
The HXR-MC2000E supports recording directly onto Memory Stick Pro Duo or SD/SDHC cards (please see Specifications for compatible memory cards). This makes it convenient and economical to obtain new media in almost any location. In addition, a large capacity 64GB solid-state memory comes built into the camcorder body. This combination of removable and built-in memory is especially convenient when shooting a corporate event or wedding on the move. When content has been backed up to a HDD or downloaded to a PC for editing, you can simply reuse both the removable memory cards and internal memory for your next assignment.

AVCHD – Ideal for Memory Recording
AVCHD is a highly efficient data compression format which greatly reduces memory requirements, maximizing the benefits of file-based recording with high image quality in a small file size. This is made possible by the exceptionally efficient MPEG4 AVC/H.264 codec. Many consumer electronic devices already support AVCHD playback, and more are on the way. Numerous major NLE software programs feature AVCHD input and editing.

MPEG-2 for SD (Standard Definition) Recording Format
The HXR-MC2000E’s Standard Definition recording format is MPEG-2, which is the same compression codec as standard DVD video discs. If your project will end up on DVD, then using this format can save you production time and maintain the original image quality.

DVDirect & Direct Copy
When the camcorder is connected to the optional DVDirect Express (VRD-P1) DVD writer via a USB cable, a single press of the One Touch Disk button is all it takes to burn video footage directly onto a DVD - without using a PC. This model is also equipped with a down-conversion function that enables DVD burning to SD picture quality. Users can playback a DVD they just created simply by pressing the Play button on the DVDirect Express when the camcorder is connected.

With Direct Copy you also have the option of quickly and easily backing up valuable video data on an external hard disk drive, HDD - without using a PC. Simply connect the camcorder using the supplied USB Adaptor Cable (VMC-UAM1).

Announcing the introduction of the HXR-MC50U - a small camcorder with big camera performance. It combines a Sony wide angle G Lens™ and a single ½.88” size Exmor™ R sensor with six million pixels to an adaptive MPEG-4 codec.

Excellent Low Light Performance
Many compact camcorders struggle in low light, producing grainy images. A super sensitive Exmor R CMOS sensor reduces image noise for clearer images. In conjunction with the powerful BIONZ processor you'll get great results in low light, ideal for corporate and event videography where light conditions cannot necessarily be controlled.
Steady Shooting without Additional Grip Equipment
Documentary and video diary productions are often shot handheld by non-professional camera operators. New Optical SteadyShot Active Mode delivers best-ever '3-way' camera shake correction at all zoom settings, even when you're walking along. In wide angle position, you'll enjoy up to ten times improved anti-shake performance, ideal for delivering watchable content in different shooting conditions.
Wide Angle G-Lens
Experience Sony's latest lens technology with the professional-quality G Lens. Engineered for superior optical performance, Sony G lenses deliver brilliant, accurate color reproduction and sharp, amazingly detailed images. In addition, the 29.8mm lens offers a very wide angle of view. The six-bladed iris offers superb shallow depth of field videography.
10x Optical / 120x Digital Zoom
10x optical zoom helps to bring the action close up from far away. In addition, Digital Zoom Interpolation means that digital zooming (up to 120x) is clearer, with less distortion than previous types of digital zoom.
Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization with Active Mode
SteadyShot image stabilization with Active Mode represents the next step forward in Sony image stabilization technology. Active Mode improves on existing SteadyShot image stabilization by allowing the camera to compensate for greater degrees of camera shake and deliver a stunning level of image smoothness.
1/2.88" Back-Illuminated "Exmor R" CMOS Sensor
Experience low-light sensitivity with improved image clarity and drastically reduced grain with the back-illuminated "Exmor R" sensor. "Exmor R" technology captures footage with high resolution and high sensitivity, while the advanced Sony BIONZ Image Processor improves camera response time and screens out noise to help ensure that the signal from each pixel is as pure as possible.
BIONZ Image Processor
The BIONZ Image Processor works in conjunction with the Exmor CMOS sensor with ClearVid array for pristine imaging. The BIONZ Image Processor provides Data Noise Reduction, Fast Image processing, and Data compression. In addition, the BIONZ Image Processor enables Sony's Dynamic Range Optimizer for both video and still image capture. The higher processing speed also allows Dual Recording to capture still images while recording video footage.
Dynamic Range Optimizer
The D-Range (Dynamic Range) Optimizer function adjusts the exposure and contrast of an image to counter the effects of high-contrast shooting conditions, allowing better picture reproduction. The D-Range Optimizer suppresses "blackout" in dark areas such as shadows and "whiteout" in bright areas such as skies. As a result, the footage appears more natural.
1920 x 1080 Full High Definition AVCHD Recording
1920 x 1080i full HD resolution gives your production exceptional high-definition quality.
64GB Internal Flash Memory
The built-in 64GB embedded flash memory can record and store up to 6 hours of high definition video footage (HD FX mode at 24Mbps), or up to 48 hours of standard definition footage (SD HQ mode).
Media Card Slot
The camcorder accepts a wide range of removable media, including: Memory Stick Duo / Memory Stick PRO Duo / Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo media and SD/SDHC media.
3.5" Wide Xtra Fine TruBlack LCD Plus Viewfinder
TruBlack technology brings remarkably higher contrast and brightness to the camcorder's 3.5" Wide Xtra Fine TruBlack LCD display, delivering more natural, realistic colors and easier viewing in bright conditions by reducing glare. An adjustable 0.27" color viewfinder (201k) allows you to capture video and frame your shots with the LCD closed.
Assignable Dial
Get the most out of your camcorder with enhanced manual controls. The assignable dial allows for control of focus, exposure, white balance, iris, and shutter speed. Adjusting the iris lets you control depth of field, while shutter speed allows control of motion blur. There are a total of 6 settings available: Focus, Exposure, AE Shift, WB Shift, Iris control, and Shutter speed control.
Geotagging with Built-In GPS Receiver and NAVTEQ Maps
A built-in GPS receiver gives you the ability to view your current location on the LCD map display, as well as "tag" your shooting locations with GPS metadata. This metadata can be viewed using the Map Index function on the camcorder or once downloaded to your PC using the supplied PMB (Picture Motion Browser) software. Additionally, the receiver automatically adjusts your camcorder's clock to the proper time zone.
Dedicated Shotgun Microphone and Headphone Inputs
The HXR-MC50U offers a supplied professional shotgun microphone and mount which, coupled with the headphone input, allows acquisition and monitoring of location sound. (Headphones not supplied.)
Golf Shot
Building on the slow-motion capture capabilities of Smooth Slow Record on models such as the HVR-Z5 and Z7, Golf Shot captures a few seconds of motion as a sequence of up to 22 still images, which can be viewed/printed individually or as a composite "sequence shot" image, great for analyzing the nuances of a golf swing, tennis serve, and other fast action for sports science teaching and sports tutoring applications.
2x Faster Quick AF
With the improved autofocus (AF) system, Quick AF, the focusing speed is twice as fast compared to other Sony compact camcorders. Whether in bright daylight or in a dimly lit environment, Quick AF ensures fast, accurate, and consistent focus lock, enabling users to shoot in a wide range of scenes without missing any important moments. When shooting night scenes, conventional AF might struggle to focus, but thanks to the much improved AF algorithm in Quick AF, you can get that all-important shot.
Intelligent Auto (10 iAuto modes)
Intelligent Auto mode goes a step beyond traditional auto modes by analyzing your shot and then automatically selecting the appropriate settings from 10 distinct scene modes: Portrait Mode, Smile Shutter, Backlight Control, Scenery, Night Scenery Mode, High Sensitivity Mode, Macro Mode, Baby Mode, Tripod, and Low Light Mode--ideal for corporate or video diary applications where non-camera operators are shooting.
Film Roll Index
Film Roll Index helps you easily find desired clips. When using this feature, the camcorder previews the beginning of clips and can create clip indexes set at specified display intervals (3, 6, or 12 seconds and 1 or 5 minutes)
Direct Copy to External HDD without a PC
Store your content in a whole new way with the ability to copy content from your camcorder directly to an external hard disk drive (optional), all without a PC or Mac. Your camcorder can also access content stored on the external hard drive for playback on an HDMI monitor or consumer TV, allowing you to use the camcorder's handy playback features--great for viewing full HD rushes.
Smooth Slow Record
The Smooth Slow Record mode increases the frame rate from 50 frames per second (fps) to 200 fps, allowing you to capture 3 seconds of fast motion and play the video back in 12 seconds. This is a great tool for analyzing a golf swing or natural history applications.
12MP Digital Still Capture
12 megapixel still image capture lets you take stunning, high resolution digital photos while the Dual Record capability lets you capture 8.3MP still images while shooting high definition video--so you can capture still images without having to switch recording modes.
Sony PMB (Picture Motion Browser) Software
Sony Picture Motion Browser software offers a simple, intuitive way to transfer, sort, and view your video and still images on your compatible PC. In addition, multiple output options let you burn your content to DVD (optional), as well as being able to upload your rushes with just one click to popular video sharing sites.
Additional Creative Control and Workflow Features
·         HDMI output
·         Power on by simply opening the camera's LCD display
·         USB 2.0 provides an easy connection between your camcorder and PC for fast transfer into your NLE
·         Record and zoom controls on LCD for more control and flexibility, especially for overhead or low angle shots
