Canon introduce la nueva Rebel T2i

The new top-end EOS Rebel T2i d-SLR camera features: an 18-megapixel CMOS sensor, 3.7 fps still shooting, an ISO range of 100-6400 (expandable to 12,800), a 63-zone Dual Layer Metering System, 3-inch 1.04 million dot LCD screen with a 3:2 widescreen aspect ratio and Canon's DIGIC 4 Imaging Processor.

For video, the T2i captures clips in up to Full HD 1080p resolution with manual exposure control, selectable frame rates and a new external microphone input.

For maximum storage capacity the new EOS Rebel T2i Digital SLR camera is the first EOS model to support new SDXC memory cards. Other staple features include Live View, a built-in pop-up flash, and the EOS integrated cleaning system, as well as compatibility with Canon EX-series Speedlites and Canon EF and EF-S lenses.

It is also compatible with Canon's new BG-E8 battery grip and new RC-6 wireless remote control for both still images and video capture.

The camera will ship to retail starting in March at a $799 estimated retail for the body only. A kit including the camera and a Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS zoom lens will carry an $899 estimate retail.
